Artist's Description
The windmill and some of the buildings at Oia, on Thera, Santorini. The light on the white painted, narrow streets of Oia is well known and often seen in modelling photos. While I was there I saw a number of professional looking photo session in progress. The sunset from Oia, whether at sea level or in the buildings can be quite spectacular. In this picture people can be seen lining up, waiting to see the sunset. On I different I joined them to get both views of the sunset.
